AUEET 2020 – The Directorate of Admissions, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam is responsible to conduct the Andhra University Engineering Entrance Test (AUEET) for admission into various courses offered at University College of Engineering, and A.U. College of Engineering for women. The aspirants must possess the below mentioned eligibility criteria in order to apply for the AUEET 2020. The applicants are advised to apply online for the AUEET entrance exam before the last date of submission. Through AUEET 2020 score admissions into 6 Year B.Tech.+M.Tech. Dual Degree Programmes will be processed as per the rank obtained in the Entrance Test. The Candidates admitted in 6 Year B.Tech + M.Tech Dual degree programmes can avail exit option after the completion of 4 Years course period. They will be given B.Tech degree. AUEET 2020 Eligibility Criteria:
To take the AUEET 2020, Candidates must have passed the qualifying 10+2 examination with Mathematics, Physics & Chemistry with minimum 50% Marks from any recognized board.

NOTE: Students appearing for the qualifying AUEET examination in this year 2020, they are also eligible to apply for the entrance test provided they produce the mark sheet and certificate at the time of admission.

AUEET Application Form 2020

Candidates who are going to fill up the AUEET 2020 Application Form must check the eligibility criteria first. Follow the steps to register for AUEET 2020. A candidate has to pay Rs.1,200/- (Rs.1000/- for SC/ST/PHC) (Plus Bank charges applicable for the mode of payment selected).

To register and fill up then online application form, follow the steps below:

  • Read the instruction carefully and click on “Apply Now” option.
  • Create a “login ID” and “password” by registering yourself.
  • Fill in the application form of AUEET by entering the personal details and academic qualification.
  • Payment of application fee (mentioned above).
  • Download the application form and take the printout of the same for future use.

AUEET Admit Card 2020

The AUEET  Hall Ticket 2020 is scheduled to release in the first week of 25th July 2020 in on. AUEET 2020 Admit Card will be issued only to the registered candidate. Candidates who have applied for the test must download their AUEET admit card by entering valid login credentials. Link to download the admit card will be provided here once the admit card releases. Admit card contains the details like test city & centre address, date and timings.

AUEET Rank Card 2020

AUEET Rank Card 2020 is expected to release in the 14th August 2020 in online mode. Link to download the rank card will be available here. Applicants who took the AUEET 2020 exam in offline mode can only generate their rank card. Valid hall ticket number and date of birth is required to be entered to download the Rank Card.

AUEET Examination Center 2020

AUEET Merit List 2020

After the declaration of the rank card, the Directorate of Admissions, Andhra University, Visakhapatnam will publish the merit list in the form of test result report. The rank list will release admit card number wise. Link to download the list will be provided here once the same releases. With the admit card number, marks obtained in the AUEET entrance exam is also provided.

AUEET Seat Reservation 2020

Andhra Pradesh government has reserved the seat for the candidates belonging to reservation category. 85% of the available seats are reserved in favour of the Local Candidates from the districts of Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, Visakhapatnam, East Godavari, West Godavari, Krishna, Guntur and Prakasam belonging to Andhra University area.

Candidates have to mention their reservation category while filling the application form of AUEET 2020 Exam. Students claiming reservation are required to produce valid supporting documents in the prescribed format at the time of AUEET seat reservation & counselling in order to avail the benefit of reserved seats. AUEET Counselling 2020

The official examination conducting authority will release the list of the candidates eligible to participate in the AUEET counselling procedure. Based on the marks and rank obtained, candidates will be called for counselling. The qualified candidate need to report at the designated counseling center for reporting and document verification.

Document Verification

At the time of certificate verification at helpline centres candidates should produce the following original certificates in support of the qualification and reservations claimed in the application for verification.

(i) AUEET 2020 Rank card & Hall Ticket.

(ii) Intermediate original certificate.

(iii) Consolidated Marks statement of the Qualifying Examination.

(iv) Transfer and Conduct Certificate from the institution where the candidate last studied.

(v) Date of Birth Certificate (SSC/Matriculation or equivalent Certificate)

(vi) Migration Certificate, (for other Institutions)

(vii) Study Certificates for the last seven years or Residence Certificate for preceding seven years of the qualifying examination.

(viii) Integrated Community Certificate issued by the competent authority in case of SC/ST/BC/EBC/ Minority candidates.

(ix) Valid latest income certificate issued by M.R.O./ Thasildar if fee concession is claimed (the validity of income certificate is for one year from the date of issue).

(x) 4 recent passport size Photos.

(xi) Candidates opting for admission under NCC/Sports/CAP/PH quota shall produce the relevant original certificate, in addition to the above.

(xii) Discharge certificate and service certificate of the parent in case of a child of armed personnel.

(xiii) Physical fitness certificate from an Asst. Civil Surgeon.

(xiv) One set of Photostat copies of all the above certificates.
