Assam Polytechnic Counselling Schedule 2025

Reporting for Final Admission
The selected candidates have to report to the allotted Institution with the printout of allotment letters and original documents by depositing the requisite fee for final Assam PAT admission. Assam Polytechnic (PAT) 2025 Counselling
After the result declaration, the Assam Polytechnic Counselling will begin. It will start in the month of August 2025 through offline mode. Only those candidates who will qualify for the examination will be eligible to appear for the counselling process of Assam PAT.
Candidates have to report in order of their category/ caste on the scheduled date. Candidates who pass the examination have to appear in the interview round for final selection for admission at the counselling centre. The seat will be allotted to the candidates on the basis of the category, merit, preferences of the candidate & availability of seats. The selected candidates have to report to the Institutions for final admission on the respective date.
Assam PAT Counselling Procedure 2025

- The authority will organize the interview round to select the candidates provisionally for admission into polytechnic colleges.

- At the time of the interview, candidates need the choice of course and college. The college is allotted on the basis of Merit.
- Candidates from the reserved categories and are in the Assam PAT merit list of the reserved category. Their names will appear in the General Merit List in the respective positions.
- The applicants who are from different reserved categories whose roll numbers are in the general merit list have also reported on the date for general category candidates.
- The student can take Assam PAT admission once, either as general or as a reserved category. Candidates, who have taken admission in any one category will not be eligible to get admission in another category.
