Every year All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) conducts entrance exam for admission to the undergraduate B.Sc and postgraduate M.Sc programme. Candidates who qualify the entrance examination will get enrolled to AIIMS Institute.

All of the candidates will have to fill up and submit the application form by 12th April 2018. The information submitted by the candidates will have to be valid and corresponding to the documents possessed by the candidates. Step by step guide to filling up Application form of AIIMS B.Sc/ M.Sc/ M. Biotech Exam 2018

The given steps can be followed by the candidates to fill AIIMS B.Sc/ M.Sc/ M. Biotech Exam 2018 Application Form:-

Step 1: Registration

Click on the link given above as it will redirect to the official website registration page. Enter the requisite information like name, DOB, category, Email-ID and contact carefully to get the login credentials.

After the completion of registration, the candidate will get SMS and Email containing details of login credentials. The candidates need to fill up the further application form using login credentials.

Step 2:- Filling up the application form

Using the login credentials, the candidates have to log in and then have to complete the application form by filling up the details related to qualification and address in the online registration form. Candidates are advised to furnish their details as they appear in class-X / school leaving certificate.

Click on “Save & Proceed” after filling up the information. The information, as entered by you, will appear on the screen. Please check it thoroughly, and in case any errors are detected, click on the edit button and make the necessary corrections.

Step 3:- Payment of application fee

Payment of the Registration Fee can only be done online using a Debit/Credit Card or through Net Banking facility.

Step 4- City Choice

The Entrance Examination for B.Sc and M.Sc course (expect B.Sc Nursing) will be conducted in Delhi/NCR only.

Step 5:- Upload scanned images

Candidates must take extreme care in uploading their scanned images of photograph, signature and left-hand thumb impression. Once uploaded, they cannot be changed, unless found inappropriate and rejected by the official authority. To have a look at the dimensions, size and format of the photograph, thumb impression and signature, refer to the table below:

NOTE 1:- Signature in the image should be done with blue/black pen only

NOTE 2:- Thumb impressions should not be smugged

Step 6:- Print Registration Form

The candidates have to submit the application form after uploading the scanned images. The candidates are required to take a print-out of the duly completed registration form for future reference.

AIIMS Application Form Status

The acknowledgement of the submission will be sent to the individual email id of the applicants. However, the registration form will remain under review to check regarding eligibility of the applicants. Candidates can check their status of uploaded images within 3-5 working days from the date of online registration is over. The rejected images can be updated until the registration is open. The candidates are advised to check final status of their registration form regarding images and eligibility.

Editing the AIIMS Application form

Candidate should re-check the information filled in the application form, in case there is some error in the information filled in the form, a candidate can edit some information by clicking on “EDIT” button. It will redirect candidate to the registration page where some information can be edited.

Fields like candidate’s father’ name, mother’s name, gender, nationality and marital status can be changed on or before the due date. However, it will not be possible to make any amendments/rectification/change/editing in the field of candidate’s name, Date of birth, category (SC/ST/OBC/UR/OPH). The application form correction facility is provided by the AIIMS.
