KEAM Counselling 2018
Commissioner of Entrance Examinations (CEE), Kerala conducts counselling for Eligible and qualified candidates who are required to register themselves at the link provided above. During KEAM Counselling registration, candidates will have to give the names of their preferred college and course. The seat allotment will be based on these choices. After submission of the choice, candidates will have to take a print out of the same. Seat allotment will then be done and finally, candidates will have to report to the allotted institutes to complete all other admission formalities.

KEAM Counselling Procedure 2018
Online Registration for KEAM Counselling:
Candidates will have to first register themselves for counselling. Login details like application number and roll number have to be entered. After this candidates have to fill in all the necessary details and register themselves.

Choice filling during KEAM Counselling:
After successful registration, a list of colleges and courses offered will be displayed on the screen. Candidates will have to make a choice of college and course and keep saving the choices. Finally candidates will have to take a print out of the same.
Trial Allotment:
A trial allotment of seats have been published online. Candidates can check their allotted seats and know the seat allotment process, but this will not mean that the seats allotted to the candidate are final.
Final Allotment:
The 1st phase final allotment list has been published online. Candidates will be allotted final seats after which they will have to pay a certain amount as the seat acceptance fees to confirm their seats. The candidates should take a printout of the first phase allotment memo which shows the details such as Name, Roll Number, Allotted Course, Allotted College, Category of Allotment, details of Fee to be paid etc. Those candidates who receive an allotment shall have to remit the fees to be paid to the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations as specified in the first phase allotment memo at any of the Head Post Offices in Kerala or by way of Online Payment from 01.07.2018 to 5 pm on 05.07.2018 in order to accept the allotment.
KEAM Counselling Fees
After the seat allotment has taken place, candidates will have to take a print out of the allotment memo and pay the requisite fees. Candidates can pay the fees at selected branches of SBT (State Bank of Travancore) or through Online mode. The seat acceptance fees will be different for various colleges and those who do not pay the fees, will have their admission cancelled.
KEAM 2018 CAP Seat Allotment
The KEAM 2018 seat allotment procedure will be held through CAP i.e. Centralized Allotment Process. A mock allotment round is also held so that candidates may know the process and also change preferences if they want. The higher the rank of the candidate, the higher preference will he/she get while the seats are being allotted. The candidate’s names and the institutes allotted to them will be prepared in the form of a list and will be published online.
After the seats have been allotted and acceptance fees have been paid, candidates will have to report to the Institute for admission during which the document verification will take place.

Apart from the seats reserved under All India Quota, a certain percentage of seats are also reserved for special categories. The category wise reservation of seats is given below:

The total number of seats available will be announced before the commencement of CAP 2018. Also, the competent authority will finalize the number of seats earmarked for various courses in Government and Aided colleges before CAP. Admission to all the Government seats will be based on the rank list of KEAM 2018 only.
