The official authority had released the application form for KIIT 2018 Entrance Examination. Counselling and Seat Allotment of KIITEE-2018
KIITEE 2018 Admission Committee had released the dates for admission to B.Tech 2018 programme. Shortlisted candidates had to report to the counselling venue. Counselling and seat allotment process generally starts after the publication of merit list. Counselling of KIITEE 2018 B.Tech was scheduled to start from 10th May 2018. Counselling and seat allotment was purely based on the performance of the candidate in the entrance examination.
Candidates had to attend at the specified venue for counselling as per the schedule. Document/ Certificates verification will be done at the time of counselling. The candidate has to pay admission fee during counselling to book the seat allotted to him/her in the Institute. Result of KIITEE 2018
After the KIIT 2018 Entrance Examination was conducted, the official authority had declared the result. The candidates who had appeared in the examination could view and download the result by visiting the official website on 26th April 2018. Cut-off marks will be fixed by the authority at the time of declaration of result. Candidate could download the result by just entering their application number in the result tab on the KIIT official website.

The candidates who want to opt any of the above-mentioned courses offered by Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology(KIIT) must appear for the entrance examination conducted by the Institute itself. The first and foremost step to participate in the KIIT entrance examination is to fill up the application form. Aspirants must know the eligibility criteria for that particular course in which they want to get enrolled at the Institute.

Step by step guide to fill up the KIITEE Application Form
- Go the official website of KIIT.
- On the home page appeared on the screen, click on “Read more” option.
- A new page will appear, search “apply online” option and click on that link.
- Choose one or multiple courses and click on submit option.
- Read the instruction carefully and after that click on “apply online” link.
- The application form is divided into multiple sections where candidates have to fill the general information, centre for examination, academic qualification, communication and postal address.

Admit Card of KIITEE 2018
The Admit card/Hall ticket is the most important document that an applicant must possess in order to appear in the examination. Admit card of KIITEE 2018 was available at the official website for the registered candidates only till 10th April 2018. The admit card was available to the candidates who had successfully booked the exam slot. To download the admit card, candidates had to enter application number, gender and date of birth.
Exam Centers of KIITEE 2018
Examination center is the place where a candidate have to appear for the exam. Applicants have to choose one of the examination centers as per their preference from the list while filling up the application form. Exam centre list contains the name of the city/state and centre along with the centre code. Exam centre and venue will be mentioned on the admit card. Seat Reservation of KIITEE 2018
The official authority of KIIT examination reserves a certain percentage of the total number of seats for the special category candidates. Special category candidates here refers to Scheduled Caste(SC)/Scheduled Tribe(ST)/Physically challenged(PC). Candidates have to mention their category while filling up the application form to avail the benefit of seat reservation. Candidates must have valid document/certificates to support their claiming category for seat reservation. Percentage of seat reserved for each special categories are provided in the table below

Rank card/Cut-off rank
As per availability of seats in different branches/courses, the official authority had prepared the cut-off rank. Cut-off rank of KIIT 2018 Entrance Examination depended on many factors. The marks obtained in the examination by the candidates, the difficulty of question paper and availability of seats in Institute etc will be taken into consideration while preparing the cut-off rank. Candidates can view and download their cut-off rank or rank card by visiting the official website of KIIT. The rank card indicating the rank obtained in the entrance examination shall be sent to each candidate by post.
Merit list of KIITEE-2018
On the basis of the marks secured by the candidates in the KIIT 2018 Entrance Examination, the official authority had prepared the merit list. Merit list will contain the name of the shortlisted candidates eligible for counselling. Applicants having a higher rank in the merit list will be called first for counselling. The Merit list will be released for different courses separately. Candidates can check and download the merit list by visiting the official website.
