Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research releases the IISER 2025 Cut-off. Also, applicants applying for admission to the institute must know about the cut-off. The minimum mark required to be eligible for admission is known as IISER Cut-off 2025. Also, the cut-off releases separately for all three channels (KVPY, SCB, and JEE).

IISER 2025 Cut-off is different for all courses and institutes. The cut-off for candidates belonging to SC/ST category and Kashmiri migrants is 55% in class 12th (Qualifying exam). Counselling will take place on the basis of the IISER 2025 Cut-off. Joint Admission Committee will publish the IISER 2025 Merit list which will vary for each channel. Candidates whose name is present on the Merit list of IISER will be eligible for admission.

Previous Year IISER Cut-off
For the General category the last year cut off for the JEE channel was within 10000 ranks in the Common Rank List (CRL) of the JEE Advanced examination.
For Reserved categories such as OBC-NCL, SC, ST, and PwD the category rank was within 10000 ranks. There will be 5% cut-off relaxation provided to OBC-NCL, SC, ST, KM, and PwD categories.
Features of IISER 2025 Merit List
- Joint Admission Committee will release the IISER 2025 Merit List for admission to 5-year BS-MS programmes.
- The merit list of IISER 2025 will contain names of only shortlisted applicants which will be available for all three channels
- Admission will be provided on the basis of rank secured in the IISER Merit List 2025.
- 50% seats will be allotted to candidates opting for admission through JEE Advanced and KVPY while 50% seats will be allotted to candidates opting for admission through IISER 2025 Aptitude test.
IISER 2025 Counselling
Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research will organize ISSER 2025 Counselling for the shortlisted applicants whose names will be listed in the merit list. The counselling process will be conducted separately for KVPY, SCB, and JEE. Attending counselling of IISER 2025 is a must for shortlisted aspirants who wish to get admission to any of the participating institutes. There are seven participating institutes of IISER 2025 which are located in Tirupati, Kolkata, Pune, Bhopal, Thiruvananthapuram, Mohali, and Berhampur.
