Goa Common Entrance Test (GCET/ Goa CET) is a state level entrance examination. Important Update of GCET 2018
DTE has recently announced that the Candidates have to download and take a printout of the application form(A) which will be received from 2nd April till 7th April 2018. The offline mode (i.e pen – paper based) exam will be held on 8th and 9th May, 2018. For admission to Medical and Dental courses Candidates have to appear for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) – 2018 conducted by CBSE. For admission to Architecture course candidates have to appear for NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) conducted by the Council of Architecture.

Exam Centers of GCET 2018
GCET 2018 Exam is scheduled to be conducted on May 8th and 9th,2018 in multiple shifts at various exam centers. Candidates must be very careful while selecting GCET exam centers as request for change of centre will not be entertained after the submission of the application form. The name and complete address of GCET exam centre allotted to candidates will be mentioned on the Admit Card. The official list of exam centres will be uploaded here as soon as DTE releases the same. Here are some important points that aspirant must keep in their mind while filling up the exam centers in application form :
- Candidates are advised to choose the exam centers for GCET 2018, which is not very far from their residing address.
- DTE, Goa can cancel any exam centre if there are very few applicants for that particular centre. If any examination centre is cancelled by DTE, then a new centre will be allocated according to the preference of the Candidates. In that case, The authority will inform each and every Candidate about the change in the exam centre.
- Candidates must reach their respective exam centers for GCET 2018 Exam an hour before the scheduled time mentioned in the Admit Card.
