The Gujarat Common Entrance Test commonly known as the GUJCET exam will be held for all the aspirants who wish to take admission in the government, grant-in-aid, and self-financed engineering institutions in the state of Gujarat. The GUJCET is taken by lakhs of candidates every year and thousands of candidates who wish to pursue engineering at the undergraduate level qualify this exam. GUJCET is held in offline pen and paper-based mode. For the academic session of 2019-20, candidates will be first required to fill the application form. GUJCET 2019 Application Form
The first step to take the GUJCET entrance exam of 2019 is to fill the application form released for each candidate on the official website. In order to fill the application form of GUJCET, candidates will be required to first pay the application fee after which he/she will be given a user ID. Using the User ID candidates will be required to register themselves and fill up the application form. The of GUJCET application form 2019 has to be submitted online only before the last date prescribed. Applicants must provide only the relevant and valid information in the application form. The details provided by the candidate will be verified at different stages of the application procedure, therefore candidates must only enter correct information to avoid rejection of the application form.

GUJCET 2019 Application form – Steps by Step Guide
All the candidates who are planning to take the GUJCET 2019 have to fill the application correctly. The GUJCET 2019 application form will be available in the online mode. The candidate must make sure that they follow the procedure given below.

Step 1 – Payment of Application Fees and Obtaining User ID
The applicant in this step has to pay the application fee of Rs. 300 at any of the 42 centers that have been specified by GSEB. On payment of application fee, candidates will be given a unique user ID. The application fee has to be paid in the form of a demand draft in favor of “Secretary, Gujarat Common Entrance Test Cell, Gandhinagar” from any nationalized bank payable at Gandhinagar.
The DD has to be deposited at any of the official help centers and the candidate will be given a unique user ID and password on successful payment. Candidates must not forget to note down the details of the demand draft.
Step 2 – Online registration
Using the given User Id and password, candidates will be required to log in to proceed further with the filling up of GUJCET 2019 application form.
Step 3 – Filling up the form
The next step after logging in is to fill up the GUJCET 2019 application form with personal and academic details. Personal details like Candidate’s Name, Father/Guardian’s Name, Date of Birth, Gender, Caste, PH Category, Family Annual Income, Aadhaar Card Number, Address, State, District, Taluka, City/Village, Pin code, Email ID, Mobile Number, Landline have to be provided by the applicant. Also, the candidate will be required to enter his/her qualification details like Name of the Board, Board Code, HSC Examination Qualifying Year, Course (If HSC Examination was Qualified in 2018), Seat Number (If HSC Examination was Qualified in 2018), HSC Seat Number, If HSC Exam appearing year is 2019 (new course) or later, give SID No., Group, Medium. All the details provided by the candidate should be valid.
Step 4 – Uploading of Images
Candidates will be required to upload the scanned images of their photograph and signature in the specifications given in the section above. If the candidate does not upload the images in prescribed details, they will not be able to proceed further in the GUJCET application process.
Step 5 – Submission of Application Form
After filling all details and uploading of documents, candidates must check all the details and only then submit the GUJCET 2019 application form. The applicant must review the entire application form and then click on the “submit” button. An application ID will thus be sent to the registered Id of the candidate. Using this ID candidate can log in again and take a print of the submitted application form of GUJCET 2019.
GUJCET 2019 will be conducted on 23rd April 2019. If you do not want your application to be rejected, you must provide only the correct details. All information will be verified at different stages of GUJCET process. In case of false information, the application of the candidate will be held rejected.
