Candidates can download theVTUEEE 2019 counselling call letter for Phase 1 counselling. The link to download the call letter is available on this page below. It will be conducted through a single window counselling system which will be based on the rank of the candidate. Only the candidates who will meet the cutoff requirements will get the chance to attend the Vel Tech University VTUEEE counselling 2019. Candidates must note that although VTUEEE conducts the exam in 2 phases, the vtueee 2019 counselling for eligible and qualified candidates will be held together.
Only eligible candidates will get the call for VTUEEE 2019 counselling. Those who will be allotted a seat in the VTUEEE 2019 counselling will be eligible for admission to B. Tech courses. The VTUEEE counselling phase I and Phase II will be conducted for all the candidates together depending on the phase of the exam.

VTUEEE 2019 Counselling
VTUEEE Counselling 2019: The Vel Tech University will be conducting the counselling for eligible candidates. The full counselling schedule will be provided on the official website of the candidate as well as here. All candidates will be required to be present for the counselling in person. The shortlisted candidates will be informed about their selection for VTUEEE 2019 counselling through the email Id of the candidate. Candidates who have a higher rank will be called first for the counselling and will be given preference over those with a lower rank. Candidates will be required to attend the counselling with all required documents and pay the counselling fee.

Counselling/Seat Allotment Process
The counselling and seat allotment of candidates to various branches will be solely on the basis of Merit List. After the the declaration of VTUEEE Result, the details regarding the counselling will be updated in the official website. VTU are aware of the fact that there will be absentees, and for this matter, the seats will be kept lower than the number of qualified candidates. The details of seat availability and branches will be provided before-hand for the purpose of easing it out for the candidates to make their choice preferences accordingly. Candidates are required to check the official website of VTU for information and updates regularly since the university won’t be reaching out to candidates regarding the same.
It is to be noted that no change in date/time will be provisioned for candidates. If he/she fails to report to the counselling session, his/her seat will be offered to the next candidate immediately. Although, if any candidates has any genuine reason for not showing up, he/she may intimidate his/her case with the authorities and can claim his/her admission on the basis of the original rank he/she had secured. Also, candidates must decide whether or not to confirm their admission before the payment of the admission fee. Once the admission is finalized, university will not be facilitating any provision for change of branch/programme.
For the document verification, if candidate fails to bring forth any document for genuine reasons, then he/she may be required to issue an undertaking for the same.

The fee amount can be paid online via Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking payable at veltech.edu.in. The amount can also be paid offline via Demand Draft made in favor of Vel Tech Rangarajan Dr. Sagunthala R&D Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai. The Demand Draft should be accompanied by an admission letter and candidates have to send it on or before the specified date.
For Phase II, the following fee structure will adhere to.
