Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) will conduct the TS EAMCET Counselling 2025. After the exam result, the qualified candidates have to make the registration in order to participate in the counselling process. The TS EAMCET 2025 Counselling will take place in an online mode. Candidates have to register, make the fee payment, verify the documents, etc. On the basis of the rank/score, candidates will participate in the process. A total of three rounds will be taken into account. TS EAMCET counselling is meant for those who will qualify for the TS EAMCET 2025 exam and who will secure 45% (for OC) and 40% (for others) in group subjects of intermediate or its equivalent examination.

TS EAMCET Counselling 2025 Key Points
- All the candidates who have met the cut-off and secured a rank in the TS EAMCET 2025 will participate in the counselling & seat allotment procedure.
- TS EAMCET counselling of 2025 is organised in the online mode and candidates are required to appear in person at the stated institutes to verify the documents.
- All shortlisted/ eligible candidates are required to bring a copy as well as original documents for verification.
- Each candidate should pay the counselling fee of depending on the category he/she belongs to and also choose the course and college he/she wants admission to.
- Seat Allotment will be done on the basis of the merit of the candidate, the choices filled by him/her and number of seats available in the institute that the candidate has applied for.
- Candidates will be informed about their allotted seats through an SMS sent on the registered number of the candidate. Candidates must log in to their account and download the seat allotment letter.
TS EAMCET Counselling 2025 Procedure
The qualified students must check the counselling of the TS EAMCET 2025 process. If anyone, miss the chance then he/she will lose an opportunity to take the admission. So let’s check out the TS EAMCET Counselling Process.
Step 1 Registration
- Candidates will be required to visit the official site or the helpline centers.
- The candidate should go to these helpline centers or official site according to their rank. The rank card must be submitted to the officer then the candidate has to register himself/ herself by using the TSEAMCET 2025 hall ticket, date of birth as mentioned in the SSC Marks certificate. Candidates also have to fill in the details such as email address, mobile number, income certificate, Caste Certificate and application Number issued by MeeSeva, if applicable.
- Candidates will also be required to pay the counselling fee also known as the registration fee. For this candidates have to log in their account and enter class 12th exam hall ticket number, registration number and date of birth. One can pay the fee through the Credit card/ Debit card/ Net banking

- After this, the candidate will be called in one by one for document verification.
Step 2 Documents Verification
- At the helpline centre, candidates need to verify the documents. During the verification process of TS EAMCET 2025 Counselling, the Aadhaar card details of the candidates i.e., fingertip biometric will be verified with the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI). Thus in-person candidates have to be present there to verify the documents.
- If there is a discrepancy in the information on the documents, the concerned authority will take the required action.
- Candidates belonging to the reserved categories will be required to verify the original caste certificates from the caste verification officer and then report to the certification verification officers.
- After full verification has been done, candidates will be required to take a print of the receipt of certificates.
- Following this, candidates have to collect their verification form.
Step 3 Choice Filling
- Candidates will have to go online and make choices of their courses and colleges as per their preference.
- The candidates have to click on “candidate registration” and submit their ROC form number, TS EAMCET 2025 hall ticket number, rank & date of birth.
- A password will be generated after a successful registration. After this, candidates will have to log in with the login credentials.
- After this, the candidates will have to choose the college and course of their choice from the list provided. Candidates can fill in as many options as they want to.
- Candidates must take the offline option entry form and fill in the district code, course code and college code according to their preference.
- After this, the candidate can take a printout of the filled-in application and log out.
Step 4 Seat Allotment
- The Seat Allotment process will take place in an online mode by JNTU, Hyderabad.
- The choices of the college and course filled, the merit, category, local area status, etc will be kept in mind for the allotment of seats.
- The status of seat allotment will be sent to the candidates in the online mode as well as on the registered number of the candidate.
- Candidates have to log in to their account to download the seat allotment letter.
Step 5 Reporting To The Allotted Institute
- In this last step, the candidate will have to report to the allotted college and confirm admission.
- Candidates will have to pay the tuition fee before the final date.
- Failing to confirm the admission will lead to the cancellation of the seat allotment.
Documents To Be Verified At The TS EAMCET Reporting Centre.
Candidates have to physically present at the reporting centre with the original documents & set of photocopies. Look at the important documents:

Documents Required for PH/CAP/NCC/Sports/Minority Candidates
- PH-certificate issued by District Medical Board – Only candidates with 40% and above disability are considered eligible
- CAP-certificate issued by Zilla Sainik Welfare Officer – Identity card and Discharge book (in case of Ex-Servicemen) and Service Certificate (in case of in servicemen) issued by the Competent Authority for verification
- NCC & Sports – Original Certificates issued by competent authorities
- Minorities – SSC TC containing Minority Status or Certificate from the headmaster
- Anglo-Indian – Certificate issued by Tahsildar of their place of residence
Participating In Further Rounds Of Counselling
Candidates will be able to participate in further rounds of counselling. The only pre-condition to attend the counselling is that the candidate should not have participated in previous rounds of counselling. These candidates need to follow the above-mentioned steps under the TS EAMCET 2025 counselling procedure.
Withdrawal of Seats
Those candidates who want to withdraw seats from the admission can do so within the specified time period. The Candidate must meet the convener in person to withdraw their admissions.
How To Retrieve Password for TS EAMCET 2025?
If the candidates forget their password then they can easily retrieve it through the following process.
- Visit the candidate’s login portal
- Click on the “Forget Password”
- Enter Registration No., TS EAMCET Rank, EAMCET Hall Ticket No. and DOB (details must be same as filled during registration)
- Now, click on ‘get new password’.
- The New password will be sent to the registered email or mobile number.
Tie-Breaker Criteria For TS EAMCET
Candidates get admission to colleges as per their rank. On the basis of the marks, the rank list is prepared. Many times there is a clash in the marks of two or more two candidates. Thus ranking for such a situation is solved through the tie-breaking procedure. The process of tie-breaking differs as per the stream.

- Total marks obtained in TS EAMCET 2025 is followed by

- If tie remains, then, the percentage of aggregate marks obtained in the qualifying examination.
