PDPU Counselling 2025 will be organized by the Pandit Deendayal University for those candidates whose names are listed on the Merit List of PDPU 2025. If the candidate has been called for taking participate in the counselling procedure, then he/she needs to reach the venue within the given date and time. The Procedure Of PDPU Counselling 2025
The procedure of PDPU Counselling 2025 includes various steps. The candidates must follow the steps so that they can help in offering admission to eligible applicants.
Step 1 – Registration of PDPU Counselling 2025
Applicants must reach one hour prior to the counselling center so that they can register themselves at the registration desk of the B.Tech course.
Step 2 – Verification of Documents
Aspirants have to show their counselling letter and then they will be given permission to move forward to the verification process. At the time of verification, the candidate must have their original documents that satisfy their personal, academic, and category reservation details. The important documents are given here.

Step 3 – Seat Allotment for PDPU Counselling 2025
After the verification process gets over, the next step is the allotment of seats to the PDPU 2025 candidates. The eligible candidate needs to wait for the provisional admission letter and when they receive it they can proceed to the next step of the Counselling procedure. A total of 780 seats are allotted to the candidates for PDPU 2025.
Step 4 – Fee Payment
The last step of the PDPU Counselling 2025 is the submission of admission fees. The applicant has to pay Rs. 1,24,000, out of which Rs. 13000 is refundable. If the aspirant fails to pay the admission fees at the time of counselling, then he/she will not be offered admission to the university and their candidature will be rejected. The demand draft of the admission fee must be in the name of “Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University” payable at Ahmedabad.
