The Directorate of Technical Education, Madhya Pradesh organizes MP BE 2025 Counselling. The counselling process takes place in two rounds. The first round is for JEE Main applicants and the second round is for both JEE Main applicants and qualifiers of class 12th. In order to attend the Counselling of MP BE 2025, candidates need to register and must be present for document verification. During the MP BE counselling procedure, an aspirant needs to fill the choice of courses and colleges as per their interest. They also have to pay a required tuition fee. Allotment of seats will be done depending upon various factors like the availability of seats, choices filled and merit obtained by applicants. Once aspirants are allotted seats, they need to report at the specified venue for verification of documents.

MP BE Counselling Process 2025
MO BE Counselling takes place in online mode and it involves various steps. Therefore, candidates need to be aware of the same before registering for MP BE counselling 2025. The complete step-wise procedure of MP BE Counselling 2025 is given below.

Step 1: Online Registration & Verification of Documents
Applicants have to register themselves online and then further proceed for verification of documents which will be done in online mode as well. The documents which are required for verification purposes are listed below:
- Class 10th Mark sheet
- Class 12th Mark sheet
- Certificate of Reserve Category for SC/ST/OBC (if applicable)
- MP Domicile Certificate (If applicable)
- Certificate of Income for TFW & OBC category candidates
- Aadhaar Card
NOTE – The slip will be generated for applicants who will register and get their documents verified in online mode. The slip for only registration will be generated for applicants who will only register themselves successfully but not get their documents verified. In such a case, candidates need to visit the help centres for the document verification process.
Step 2: Filling of Choices
Applicants need to fill the choice of courses and colleges according to their preferences and interest. These choices must be in the order of priority.
Step 3: Locking of filled choices
The candidate needs to lock the choices filled by him/her. If an applicant fails to lock the filled choices then the authority will lock the previous choice filled on their behalf automatically.
Step 4: Payment of Fees
Aspirants need to pay counselling and tuition fee of Rs. 1530 which is a non-refundable amount. This payment will have to be made while locking of filled choices. The payment can be done either in online mode or offline mode. Online payment can be made through Net Banking, Credit/Debit card, or Paytm whereas offline payment can be made at help centres.

Step 5: Allotment of Seats
The concerned authority will release seat allotment results for both JEE Main and class 12th qualified applicants. After the declaration of result, candidates will receive seat allotment letter on their registered email ID. Applicants must save and download this letter by logging in and entering their roll number, the application number, date of birth, round number, and password. Seats will be allotted based on various factors and these factors are listed below:

- Availability of Seats
Step 6: Reporting, Verification Of Documents & Admission
Applicants who have been allotted the seats need to report at the specified institute for verification of documents. The candidate also has to pay the admission fees at the admission contour of the institute.
What to do after MP BE Seat Allotment 2025?
After the allotment of seats, aspirants can opt for any of the following options if not satisfied with the seat allotment process:
Option 1 – Upgradation of Seat
If candidates are not satisfied with the allotted seats then they can go for the option of Upgradation. This option will be made available for candidates of JEE Main only.
Option 2 – Internal Branch Sliding
Applicants who are not satisfied with allotted seats can opt for internal branch sliding in the same institute against the vacant and the dropout seats. An amount of Rs. 100 need to be paid as portal fees by applicants for this option.
MP BE Merit List 2025
The admission authority publishes the Merit list of MP BE 2025 for JEE Main and class 12th separately. The merit list is category-specific i.e it will be different for each category. MP BE Counselling 2025 will be conducted based on this merit list.
