Candidates must fill the up the form online by visiting the official website. Here is the step by step guide on how to register and fill up the application form for JIPMER MBBS 2018 Entrance Examination.

Applying for JIPMER 2018 exam is a four-step process and they are as follows:-

Registration For JIPMER 2018

Candidates must visit the official website. On the homepage, click on “Apply online MBBS admission 2018” link. Upon clicking, a registration page will be displayed on the screen. On the registration page candidates have to enter the following details :

1. Name of the candidate
2. Date of Birth
3. Valid Email ID
4. Valid mobile number

Filling up of JIPMER 2018 Application Form

After registration, candidates have to log in using their registered id and fill up the following details.

• Personal details
• Contact details
• Educational details
• Address details

Once the Candidates click on “Save and Next” button, they will be directed to uploading photograph and signature page. Upload them carefully as per instruction given below:-

• Photograph has to be in jpg format only. No other format will be accepted.
• The photograph to be uploaded should be taken in a light background. Black & White / Polaroid photographs are not acceptable.
• Photograph must be taken on or after 31.01.2018.
• Signature to upload should be done with a black ballpoint pen.
• The photograph must be taken with a placard while the placard is being held by the candidate indicating name of candidate and date of taking photograph. In case name and date are written on the photograph after taking it, the application will be rejected.

After the images are uploaded, Candidates must click on the declaration button and then click on “Submit” button.

Payment of JIPMER 2018 Application fee

After filling up the application form and uploading scanned images, candidates must review all the entered details and then proceed to pay the application fee online through net banking/debit card/credit card.

After successful completion of application fee payment, the filled application form will be displayed on the screen. The candidate is advised to download a copy of their filled in the application which contains application no, personal details, scanned photograph, scanned signature and the payment details.

Correction of application form: Request for change in any field in the application form will not be entertained under any circumstances once it is submitted. In case the candidate has found an error of entry committed by him/her in the application, a new application has to be submitted along with the prescribed fee before the last date of closing registration.
