Check Eligibility For NTA JEE Main Exam

The National Testing Agency (NTA) conducts Joint Entrance Examination Main or JEE Main, which is a national level examination. The exam is for those candidates who wish to take up engineering at the undergraduate level. From 2021 onwards, the jee main exam is conducted 4 times in a year (February, March, April, and May 2021). This exam is considered as the most challenging engineering examination and qualifying the same will get students admitted to the reputed IITs, NITs, and other CFTIs. Candidates who want to appear in the exam must meet the eligibility criteria for JEE Main.

  • JEE Main provisional answer key has been released by the NTA for the February session 2021.

  1. NTA asks the students to submit their category certificates at the time of registration. The agency has released a press release of the most frequently asked questions related to the JEE Feb, March, April, May Exam. Candidates can check below.
  2. Candidates who have appeared once in JEE Main 2019 or JEE Advanced 2019 instead of 2020 are not allowed to appear the JEE Advanced exam. The NTA has mentioned that the candidate can attempt JEE Advanced (at least 2 times) in consecutive years.
  3. UPSEE and VITEEE Exams have been scrapped. The admissions of these colleges will now be based on jee main scores 2021.
  4. JEE Main exam timings have been changed. The exam will take place in two shifts- 1st Shift: 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m, and 2nd Shift: 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  5. JEE Main Registrations have been started However, the Revised JEE Main Information Bulletin is available. Candidates can download the brochure below. The last date to apply is 16th January 2021.
  6. JEE Main exam 2021 starts from 23rd February 2021 to 26th February 2021. The Exam Pattern has been modified. A total of 90 questions are asked in the exam out of which candidates have to attempt 75 Questions or 20 questions out of 30 (for each section).
  7. The education minister has revealed the exam dates on 16th Dec 2020 at 6 PM.
  8. Official notification has been withdrawn from the JEE Main sites. No dates have been fixed.
  9. The exam will take place 4 times this year i.e from February to May 2021.
  10. The mode of language consists of 13 languages. (11 regional languages and English and Hindi). OPt for the language as per the preference and knowledge.

  1. Mere 12th 2018 me 75%ke lite 4marks kam h kya jeemains ke life sabhi subject me improvement Dena padega? 1or2 subject me improvement desakte hkya? Kya do mark sheet nit IIT ke liye valid h?

    • Apko apna score thik karna hai toh improvement exam de saktey ho. Improvement exam 1 subject ya fir sabhi subjects mein dia ja sakta hai. Nahi, sirf ek he marksheet valid hogi jismein bhi zyada score hoga.
