JEE Main IIIT Manipur Cutoff 2025: Indian Institute of Information Technology Manipur also known as IIIT Manipur was established in the year 2015. It is permanently located in the Senapati, Manipur. However, the academic session of July 2015 started at a temporary campus in Mantripukhri, Imphal. The institute is funded by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, Government of Manipur with Non-profit Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model and other industry partners which includes Manipur IT SEZ Project Development Company. IIIT Manipur is mentored by the Institute of Information and Technology Guwahati. The institute is declared as an Institute of National Importance. The first batch of the IIIT Manipur will pass out in the present year i.e 2020.
The Institute admits students in two branches of B.Tech program namely Computer Science and Engineering, and Electronics and Communication Engineering. There are 100 seats in total which are allotted to candidates for admission. Indian Institute of Information Technology Manipur offers admission to aspiring applicants on the basis of the following:
- The candidate must have appeared in JEE Main examination and secured a valid rank
- Candidates belonging to the General category must have scored 75% in class 12th while candidates belonging to SC/ST category must have scored 65%.
- The candidate must be among the top 20 percentiles of class 12th board exams.
