ICFAI University Application Form 2025
The Application form will be available on the ICFAI University website soon. The candidates are advised to read complete instructions very carefully before filling the Application form for admission.
Instructions for filling the Application form:
- The candidates are advised to check his/her eligibility criteria before filling up the Application form.
- The candidates should fill the Application form in Block letters.
- Fill in all the required information.
- Take xerox of the filled application form.
- The cost of the application form for the UG program is Rs. 200.
- The cost of the application form for the PG program is Rs. 300.
- The candidates have to attach attested copies of the following certificates.
- Birth Certificate.
- Class X admit card and Mark Sheet.
- Class XII admit card, Mark Sheet and Certificates.
- Caste Certificate.
- Domicile Certificate.
- 4 recent passport size photograph.

Online Procedure
- Applicants can apply online by filling up the Application Form and make the payment towards online Registration charges by using a Credit/Debit Card (Visa/Master Card/Citibank Card) or an Internet banking option using a secure internet payment gateway.
- The estimated time to complete the procedure is 15-20 minutes.
- The candidates should fill in name, DOB, Gender etc. as per their academic records.
- Provide valid Email id and Contact number for future communications.
- Fill in the details of the qualifying examination like percentage, year of passing etc.
- Parents details are also required to be filled in along with the. of siblings.
- Please upload your photograph (Colour photograph – Full face till the shoulders) in jpeg or gif format. The photograph size should not exceed 25KB and should be approximately 140 – 160 pixels.
- Choose “I Agree” from the declaration statement.
- Then click on the “Submit” button to save the data.
- The candidates will be charged Rs.300 towards the Online Registration Fee. Online Payment Gateway facility enables payment through Credit card (Visa/MasterCard issued by any bank)/Internet banking.
ICFAI University Admission Process
- The candidates will be selected into the programme through screening of the application and interview.
- At the time of admission, weightage is given to the academic distinction, awards in Games & Sports, Cultural activities etc.
- A candidate has to produce original certificates for verification at the time of admission.
- The admission result will be communicated after the completion of the admission process.
- There shall be the provision of reservation for the candidates of Nagaland. 25% of seats in each course/discipline subject to the students meeting the minimum qualifying requirements.
- The fee of the domicile students is less than those of the non-domicile students.

Although the Undergraduate (UG) Programs prepares the students to progress the students to PG level, the program also prepares the students to seek jobs after completing UG level studies, if they so desire. Management students can look for jobs at an appropriate management level in manufacturing, marketing services, BPO, Import/Export, HRM, and IT & Systems.
