How To Participate In The HP ITI Counselling 2020

In order to participate in the counselling and seat allotment process of HP ITI admission, candidates must follow certain steps. If the candidate misses any step, their seat will liable to cancellation. Therefore, they must follow each step diligently.   • Online Registration

The candidate primarily has to start by filling in the registration form for the counselling. Since they will not be able to proceed further without doing the same. It is an important step. Once the counselling dates will be released by the HP ITI Takniki Shiksha Board, the candidate will be able to register themselves.

  • Choice Filling & Locking

Now that the candidate is eligible for further rounds after having registered successfully, they must choose the institute of their choice. Subsequently, they must lock their choice as well. Furthermore, they must do it according to the institute which suits them best. Moreover, it is an important procedure of the HP ITI counselling. Only, after following through this process, the candidate will be able to carry on with the subsequent steps.

  • Result Declaration

Subsequently, the candidate will receive an email or an SMS a few days after the commencement of the counselling process. Therefore, the candidate must keep vigilant regarding it. Furthermore, they will be allotted seats on the basis of the rank secured by them in the entrance exam result of HP ITI. Also, their preference of the opted and locked college will be taken into consideration while allotting them a seat.

  • Reporting to the allotted college

After the final result of the counselling process, the candidates must report to the allotted college. Subsequently, they must confirm their seat by paying the admission fee. Moreover, the admission will not be deemed successful without the payment of the fee. However, if the candidate fails to report to the allotted college, then his seat will be given to the next candidate. Therefore, candidates must be punctual whilst reporting to the allotted college.
