COMEDK will conduct the undergraduate entrance test for engineering courses for the academic session of 2018-19 on Sunday the 13th May 2018. The exam will be held in the online mode (computer-based test) all across the country to give the students a facility to easily take the Exam Centres Near their homes.

All the eligible candidates will have to fill the online application form to appear for the COMEDK UGET 2018 exam. The application form was released online on 16th January 2018. The last date to fill the form was 20th April 2018. Applicants will have to follow few steps to fill the application form and then wait for the respective admit cards to be made available for download. Candidates must make sure that all the information they provide in the form matches with the documents they produce and upload as after close scrutiny during the counselling session if there is any mismatch in the information, the candidature of the applicant will be canceled.

Procedure To Follow To FIll The COMEDK 2018 Application Form

Registration

The first step for every candidate is to register themselves for the exam at the official website www.comedk.org. Details like candidate’s name, his/her date of birth, email-id, working phone number and applicant’s ID proof like Voter ID, passport, PAN number, Aadhar card details have to be provided.

Filling Up The Form

The next step will be to fill the application form carefully. Candidates will have to fill in personal information (father’s name, mother’s name, permanent address, mobile number) and academic details (qualifying exam details, the name of the institution last studied, roll number of 10th and 12th standard etc.) along with category details.

Uploading Of Images

It is mandatory for the candidate to upload scanned images of their photograph, candidate’s signature, the signature of the parent/guardian and a valid ID proof. These documents have to be uploaded to the correct specifications as the mismatch of documents can lead to the rejection of the application. The specifications have been given below:

Choosing Exam Centres And Payment Of Fees

In the same application, candidates will also be asked to choose 3 preferred exam centers out of all the exam centers enlisted. After this, the candidate will have to make an online payment via credit/debit card or Net Banking. The payment amount of Rs. 1200/- will be displayed on the screen. After this, a preview application option will be available for the candidates to rectify any mistakes made in the form.

Candidates can check/correct details before clicking on the submit application button. This will redirect the candidate to Citrus Payment portal to complete the application payment process.

General Instructions 

  1. After the application has been submitted, there will be no provision to change any information on the form.
  2. The application fee is a non-refundable amount. Candidates who submit the form but do not take the exam will not be refunded the application fees.
  3. The photograph must be a recent one clicked in a light background.
  4. The signature must have been done by the candidate on white background with a black pen.
  5. Application of candidates with incorrect details will be rejected and COMEDK does not take the responsibility to personally inform each candidate for their rejected candidate.
