AMU Admission 2021 Eligibility

Not every student can participate in the AMU admission 2021. This is because eligibility criteria is set up by the university which the candidates have to fulfill in order to fill the form. Eligibility requirement differs as per the courses. So let’s check out the requirement as per the few subjects given below.

  • For B.Sc (Hons.) Home Science- SSC or equivalent with at least 55% marks in aggregate of English and three subjects amongst Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, and Home Science.
  • For B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture- SSC in Agriculture or in Science (PCMB)or an equivalent examination with 45% marks in aggregate.
Arts
  • For B.A. (Hons.)- SSC or an equivalent examination with at least 50% marks in aggregate of English and the concerned subject for which candidate is applying.
  • For B.F.A.- Senior Secondary School Certificate or its equivalent with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
K.A. Nizami Centre for Quranic Studies
  • For B.A. (Quranic Studies)- SSC or an equivalent examination with at least 50% marks in aggregate of English and the concerned subject for the candidate is applying.
Commerce
  • For B.Com (Hons.)– SSC or an equivalent examination with not less than 55% marks in aggregate in commerce stream along with English as one language
Engineering and Technology
  • For B.Tech.- SSC or an equivalent examination with at least 50% marks in aggregate in PCM along with English as one language.
  • For B.Arch.- SSC or an equivalent examination with at least 50% marks in aggregate in PCM along with English as one language.
  • B.E. (Evening)- Diploma in Engineering in the relevant branch with 50% marks in aggregate.
International Studies
  • For B.A. (Foreign languages)- SSC or an equivalent examination with at least 50% marks in aggregate
Law
  • For B.A.LL.B- SSC or an equivalent examination with not less than 50% of marks in aggregate.
Life Sciences
  • For B.Sc. (Hons.)- SSC or an equivalent examination with 55% marks in aggregate in PCMB along with English as one of the languages. For admission to B.sc. (Hons.) with Zoology/ Botany, the candidate should have passed Biology at the qualifying examination.
Medicine
  • For M.B.B.S./B.D.S.- SSC or an equivalent examination. The candidate must have secured 50% marks in aggregate in PCB. NEET score will also be taken but only of the registered candidates.
  • For Bachelor of Radiation Therapy Technology (BRTT)- SSC or an equivalent examination with 50% marks in aggregate in PCB.
Science
  • For B.Sc. (Hons.)- SSC or an equivalent examination with at least 55% marks in aggregate in English and PCMB
Social Sciences
  • For B.A. (Hons.)– SSC or an equivalent examination with at least 55% marks in aggregate of English and any of the social sciences subject.
  • For B.P.Ed- Bachelor’s Degree in any of the discipline.
  • For B.Ed.- Bachelor’s Degree with at least 50% marks in aggregate or Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks in aggregate.
  • B.LibI.Sc.- Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks or Bachelor’s degree having 45% marks with at least 50% marks in Masters.

AMU 2021 Application Form

One can fill the AMU application form in an online mode for all UG and PG courses. Candidates can apply for multiple courses. But they must remember that one form for one course. First of all, candidates have to register themselves by entering the details required. There are some documents that need to be uploaded. Hence candidates are advised to keep everything ready before applying.

AMU Application Form Correction 2021

The university provides the chance for the registered candidate to edit details if any. Once the application form process is over, a short period of correction facility is available. Thus candidates must be aware of the dates so that they don’t miss the limited time provided for the correction. Not all details can be edited, only certain sections have the facility for editing.

AMU Admit Card 2021

AMU hall ticket will be available in an online mode. Candidates need to download the admit card and take the print of it for future reference. No digital form of admit card will be accepted on the date of the examination. This is an important document which the candidates must hold in order to give the exam. It acts as an identity of the person. No examiner will allow the students to enter into the examination hall without the admit card.

AMU Answer Key 2021

After the conclusion of the entrance exam, the authority will release the answer key. AMU answer key 2021 is the solution to the questions asked in the exam. Students are eager to check the solution and estimate their score in the entrance exam. While looking at the answer key, candidates will get the no. of questions which are correctly marked & wrong marked in the exam. In this way, they will be able to calculate the score. Thus candidates must have an idea about the marking scheme of the exam.

AMU Result 2021

Once the answer key is released the authority will release the answer key in an online mode. One can view it in a pdf format in the official site of AMU. The result will contain the list of the students who will qualify the entrance test. It will be based on the performance of the candidates. As per the result, a ranking list will be prepared. On the basis of the result, the candidates will be called for the counselling.

AMU Counselling 2021

AMu counselling 2021 will take place for only those candidates who will qualify the exam and hold the rank. During the counselling process, candidates have to verify their documents by visiting the university in the respective departments. Admission will not be processed without the counselling. Hence make sure that the documents must be in original form.
