How To Apply For AMU 2025?
In order to fill the AMU application form 2025, candidates have to follow certain procedures. Look at the steps given below to complete the application process.
1.Registration
The candidate should register online and by providing his / her correct and functional email because the username and password etc. will be sent on this email. Candidates will get their username and password to access their dashboard for filling as well as tracking the form(s). Only Single Registration is sufficient for applying to the multiple courses by a candidate Registration required the correct details such as :
- Username
- Password Enter your password
- Re-Enter Password
- Email Enter
- Enter the full name of the candidate in capital letters exactly as mentioned in his/her High School / Secondary School Certificate. Do not use Mr / Master / Ms / Miss etc. before the name.
2. Login To The Registered Account.
The candidate shall log in using his/her username and password. After this, the form will appear on the screen, and candidates have to fill it. In case the candidate has lost/forgot his/her password, the Forgot Password link should be used to get the same on the registered email.
3. Update The Profile
Now enter the correct credentials required. Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory. After entering the details check it properly before moving ahead in the process.
4. Enter Qualification Details
Candidates have to provide the information related to education such as:
- Name of all examinations passed, including qualifying examination
- Year of passing
- Examination Roll No.
- University/Board from where passed and
- The percentage/CGPA obtained.
If the result of the examination (including qualifying examination) is awaited, fill in all the columns except the marks column and write “RA” in the Results column
5. Upload Photo, Signature & Left Thumb Impression

Important points regarding the Photo, Signature & Left Thumb Impression :
- Photo- Scanned copy of the latest front facing good quality colored Photo with white background.
- Signature- It should not be in capital letter & must be in white background.
- Thumb Impression: Left thumb
6. Upload The Documents
A list of documents needed to be uploaded must be scanned. It is to be ensured that all documents should be uploaded in JPG/JPEG format only and their individual size should lie between 200KB to 2MB. The list of scanned copy is:
- Date of birth certificate/High School Certificate of the candidate.
- The Marks-sheet / grade-sheet of the qualifying examination. (If the Marks-sheet / grade-sheet of the qualifying examination is not available, the Marks-sheet / grade-sheet passed in the preceding year should be uploaded)
- Documents in support of a claim under a special category, if any.
- Valid GATE Score Card (applicable only for candidates applying for admission to M.Tech. courses in the Faculty of Engineering & Technology).
- Documents in support of Professional Experience, if any (applicable only for candidates applying for admission to B.E course in the Faculty of Engineering & Technology).
- No Objection Certificate from the employer, if employed at present.
7. Pay The Application Fee
One can pay the application fee in an online mode. Payment can be done through Net Banking/Debit Card/Credit Card details and follow the instructions available on the website to make payment. The charges as per the courses are:

8. Print The Confirmation Page
After completing the application process, candidates are advised to print the confirmation page for future reference.
