UTET 2019: The Uttarakhand State Education Board conducts the UTET Exam. This examination is conducted in order to appoint the candidates as a teacher in schools or Uttarakhand. UTET Form 2019
The online form of UTET was available from the 2nd of July to the 31st of July 2019. The candidates could find the form on the official website of the concerned authority. Before the candidate proceeds to fill the application form, he/ she must make sure that he/ she is eligible enough. The applicants had to fill in certain details in the UTET Form 2019. While entering the details in the form, the candidate will have to make sure that all the particulars are correct and valid. Entering any wrong detail can lead to the cancellation of his/ her application form.
Post filling all the correct details, he/ she will have to upload the mandatory documents. While uploading the documents, he/ she will have to make sure that the specifications of the documents are as per prescribed by the authority. The procedure of the upload of the documents will lead to the step of the payment of the fee. The fee payment will be a mandatory step. This is to be noted that the authority provided the candidates with the opportunity of correcting the application form of UTET 2019. The last date to do the same was the 26th of August 2019.
How to Fill UTET Application Form 2019?
- Visit the official website of the concerned authority.
- Click on the link of registration.
- Register yourself by filling in the mandatory credentials.
- Post doing the registration, the candidates will have to log in to their account and fill the application form. The candidate will have to fill the following details:
- Name of the candidate
- Gender of the applicant
- Date of Birth of the applicant
- Contact Details (Phone number, E-mail ID)
- Address Details (on which one can be contacted)
- Name of the College of the Candidate
- Examination Centre

- Post filling all the details in the application form, the candidate will have to upload mandatory documents. The documents, that are to be uploaded are the scanned image, signature and photograph. While uploading the documents, the candidate will have to keep in mind the prescribed specifications.
- Pay the application fee. The fee can be paid through online mode. The candidate can pay the fees through Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking.
- Submit the application form and print the same for future purposes.

UTET Eligibility Criteria
Before the candidate applied for the exam of UTET, he/ she must make sure that he/ she is eligible enough. If the candidate fails to possess enough eligibility as per the prescribed criteria, then he/ she will not be able to apply for the examination. The following are the criteria of eligibility:
Paper-1
In order to apply for the exam of UTET, he/ she must possess any of the following eligibility:
- Must have secured a minimum of 50% in the Senior Secondary or its equivalent and must also have a 2-year Diploma in the Elementary Education.
- One must also have secured a minimum of 45% in the Senior Secondary along with a 2-year Diploma in the Elementary Education in accordance with the NCTE as per the regulations of 2002.
- The applicant must have scored a minimum of 50% in his/ her senior secondary or equivalent. One must also have pursued Bachelors of Elementary Education (B.EI.ED).
- One must be a graduate with a degree of two-year Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EI.Ed)/ BTC.
- One, who has pursued 2-year Diploma from IGNOU is also considered eligible.
Paper-2
The candidate, wishing to apply for the 2nd examination must possess any of the eligibility criteria:
- One must be a graduate and must have qualified fro1m the 2-year Diploma of BTC/ D.El.Ed. The candidate, who is appearing in his/ her final year is also eligible to appear.
- The candidate must be a graduate with a minimum of 50%. The appearing candidate is also eligible to appear. he/ she must also have pursued B.Ed.
- One must have graduated with a minimum of 45% and they must have qualified the course of Bachelors of Education (B.Ed/ Shiksha Shastri/ L.T) in accordance with NCTE.
- The candidate must have passed his/ her senior secondary with a minimum of 50% and must have pursued the 4-year Bachelors in Elementary Education. The appearing candidates are also eligible to apply for the exam.
- The applicant must have completed his/ her Senior Secondary or any equivalent with an aggregate of 50% and must have qualified B.A./ B.Sc.Ed or B.Sc.Ed. The appearing candidate is also eligible to apply.
Admit Card of UTET 2019
The admit card is one of the most important documents that the candidate has to produce at the time of the examination. The UTET Call Ticket has been made available in the online mode on the 21st of October 2019. The candidates, who have submitted the online form will be able to download the admit card of UTET successfully. The hall ticket will be available 2 weeks before the day of the examination. The admit card will be mentioning many crucial details. After the candidate gets the admit card, he/ she will have to gaze upon the details in the hall ticket and then make sure that the same are correct.
In case the candidate finds any kind of discrepancy, he/ she must immediately contact the concerned authorities. This is to be noted that the candidate will have to bring the admit card to the center of the exam. Before the same, he/ she will not be allowed to take the examination.
