Application Form for CUSAT CAT 2018
Aspirants need to know the eligibility criteria required for the choice of course made by him/her before going to fill up the application form. Syllabus and question paper of common admission test vary for different courses. To know about the eligibility criteria, applicants can refer to “CUSAT CAT 2018”. Application form for CUSAT CAT has been released on 8th February 2018. The aspirants can register and fill up the application form online until 8th March 2018 without late fee.

Step by Step guide to Register and Apply for CUSAT CAT 2018
Step 1: Registration For CUSAT CAT 2018
This is the first and foremost stage to apply for the examination. Applicants need to visit the official website of Cochin University of Science and Technology. After clicking on “proceed” button, the registration page will display on the screen. Candidates are required to enter the following details:-
- Name
- Date of Birth
- Category
- Choosing of Nationality
- Mobile Number
- Email- ID
- Select and enter security pin
Step 2: Fill up the CUSAT CAT 2018 Application Form
Coming to the second stage which is application form filling. Candidates need to login by entering the username and password in order to fill up the application form. The application form is divided into two pages. In the first page, applicants have to enter the following details

- Select Reservation Category (if applicable).
- Select Academic Qualification for the course/courses one wish to opt for.
- Applicants need to choose course of their choice. Candidates can select one or multiple courses according to their wish.
- Select stream/subject combination of the degree.
Step 3: Uploading the Documents
After entering the all the general information, candidates need to upload the scanned images of the photograph and signature as per the specification given below”

Step 4: Payment of Application Fee
After uploading the scanned images, candidates will be directed to the application fee payment page. Amount to pay as application fee depends on the category of the candidates. Application fee varies for the different category of the candidates. The application fee for all the category is provided in the table below:-

NOTE 2: After successful payment of application fee, candidates need to select the test centre as per their suitability.
Step 5: CUSAT CAT 2018 Application form submission
After paying the application fee, the applicant needs to click on “submit” option to have a look at the preview of the filled application form. If a student wants to make any correction in the application form, click on “Back” option. If there is no changes to be made in the application fee, then read and select the “declare” box and finally click on the “Submit” option.
Step 6: Printout of Application Form
After the submission of all the details, a registration number will appear on the screen. candidates must note down the same for future use. A PDF file of the filled up application form along with the uploaded images will appear on the screen. Applicants are advised to download the PDF and take the print out of the same for future use.
Step 7: Checking of CUSAT CAT Application Status
Applicants must ensure that whether their application form submitted online is accepted or not by the official authority. After three days from the date of payment of application fee, applicants must check their application status on the official website by entering the username and password (generated during registration). If your application is approved, you should download and take printout of the application confirmation page from the web site.
Correction of CUSAT CAT 2018 Application Form
Request for change/edit in any field in the application form will not be entertained under any circumstances once it is submitted. So, candidates are advised to enter the details carefully while filling up the application form.
Examination Center for CUSAT CAT 2018
CUSAT Common Admission Test will take place in many cities across India and Dubai. Applicants need to choose one examination centre as per their choice from the down drop list while filling up the application form. Examination city chosen will be mentioned on the admit card.
