The link of the Merit List will release on the official website of the University. Candidates who will submit the Application Form along with the academic details will have to go through the Merit List available, which will be prepared on the basis of candidate’s marks in their qualifying examination. SSVV will release the result for the examination of those courses for which the entrance examination will take place. And, for other courses, the selection of the candidates is on the basis of the SSVV Merit List that the University will release later.
The Merit List will provide all the details important for the candidates in order to get admission to the course. The Merit List of SSVV contains the name of the candidate, Roll Number, Application Number, Rank allotted to the candidate on the basis of the candidate’s marks in qualifying examination, Course name and Code, and the instructions for the candidate after the release of the Merit List. SSVV Counselling 2025
Sapurnananada Sanskrit University will conduct the counselling Procedure after the release of the Merit List. The University organizes the SSVV Counselling in order to allot the seat to the candidates who have acquired a place in the Merit List and are eligible to proceed for the admission procedure further. Candidates will have to provide their preference regarding the college and the course while participating in the Counselling procedure. It is important that the candidates attend the counselling for the final seat allotment. Qualifying candidates will be given an Imitation Letter that will mention the date, centre, and the documents necessary for the day of the exam.
Candidates selected on the basis of the marks in their qualifying examination. They will have to report at the allotted centre with the Admission Fee. And all the necessary documents. Candidates will have to report only at the allotted centre at the given time. Those who will not be able to report at the allotted time will not be provided with another chance of attending the counselling procedure. It will be important that the candidates bring all the necessary documents for admission. They must pay the Admission fee as on the day of the counselling itself. Candidates who fail to submit the Admission fee or will not be able to it on the day of the counselling will not be provided with a seat in their applied course. The spot will be provided to the candidate next in the waiting.
Documents Required At The Time Of The Counselling

Candidates must make sure that they are not missing out on any of the detail regarding the counselling.
It is important to get two sets of photocopies of the documents along with the original copies on the day of the counselling. Candidates should also get their recent passport size photographs on the day of the counselling. Go through the list of the documents from the points given below:
