In order to proceed further, the candidates must ensure that they register online and submit the details.

Step 2: Payment of Odisha JEE Counselling Fee

After the successful registration, the candidates need to pay the OJEE Counselling Fee in online mode. It is very necessary to pay the fee otherwise the registration won’t be counted.

Step 3: Filling of Choices

The candidates need to fill their choice of colleges. A list of colleges and their branches will appear on the screen in a sequence. Also, candidates can fill the choices by adding via multiple options. Also, they must choose the college on the basis of their priority.

Step 4: Mock Result

Following the choice filling step, the mock result will be released. In order to obtain the mock result, the candidates need to visit the OJEE official website. In the mock test result, the candidates will be able to check their allotment status. Further, they can also modify their preferences.

Step 5: Locking of Choices

The opportunity of locking the choices will only be available after the publishing of the mock result. So, the candidates must preview their choices carefully and then lock them. Further, the candidates will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) on their registered mobile number. Now, enter the OTP and lock the choices. Also, candidates must remember that once the choices are locked, they cannot modify it.

Step 6: Seat Allotment- Round 1

Kindly note that there will be various rounds of seat allotment. In this 1st allotment round, candidates will be allotted seats on the basis of their rank, choices, etc. Also, those who did not qualify in the 1st round of seat allotment must wait for the other rounds.

Step 7: Payment of Admission Fees

Qualifying candidates in the seat allotment round-1 have to pay the requisite admission fees. So, the admission Fees for SC, ST, or PC candidates is Rs. 5000 while it is RS 10,000 for General candidates. The candidates can pay the fees via online mode or challan. Those who do not pay the admission fee will not be able to proceed with the further admission procedure.

Step 8: Verification of Documents

Candidates who have been allotted seats have to report to the nodal centres for document verification. Therefore, all the candidates must carry the necessary documents without fail. The authorities will verify all the documents and hence, confirm the admission.

Step 9: Seat Allotment – Round 2

Candidates can check their seat allotment status online. In order to view it, the candidates need to login online using their credentials. Now, there will either be an up-gradation of the choices or it will remain the same as the previous one.

Also, those who could not secure a seat in the 1st allotment round might get a seat in this round. Anyway, those who accept the seat in the 2 round have to report to the nodal centre for verification of documents.

Step 10: Final Round of Allotment

As the name suggests, this is the final round for allotment of seats. Candidates who find their names in the final seat allotment round have to get their documents verified and pay the necessary admission fees.
