OJEE Counselling 2019

OJEE 2019 Counselling: The OJEE counselling 2019 will be conducted for eligible and qualified candidates listed in the rank list. The OJEE Counselling will be based in the merit list. OJEE counselling will begin in the 3rd week of June and candidates will be required to participate in counselling and seat allotment procedure according to the OJEE 2019 counselling schedule. Candidates will be intimidated about the counselling dates where they will have to appear with the required documents at the specified time. Candidates will be allotted seat after the documents have been verified.

OJEE Counselling 2019 Procedure

OJEE 2019 Counselling: Candidates can know about the full OJEE 2019 counselling procedure given below:

OJEE Counselling 2019 Registration

All candidates who are going to participate in OJEE 2019 counselling have to first register themselves on the online mode on the official website. The candidates have to first the name of course and then have to enter JEE Main 2019 roll number and date of birth. The candidates will have to enter additional information like address, mobile number, and bank details. The candidates have to take a print out of registration form.

Payment of the OJEE Counselling Fee 2019

After registration, candidates have to pay a counselling fee which will be nonrefundable. The amount of fees is Rs 450/-. The fee can be deposited via Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking. Candidates who want to choose the offline way of payment. They can pay the fee by the S.B.I Payment Gateway.

Verification of the Documents

After payment of OJEE counselling fees, candidates are expected to be present in the nodal centres for the document verification process. The documents submitted should be original and the candidate must also carry a set of photocopies of the documents along with the original documents.

Temporary seat allotment

Candidates will be able to check their temporary seat allotment in the online mode on the official website. The temporary seat allotment will have 2 rounds. The final exam conducting authority will be informing all candidates listed in the temporary merit list about their seat allotment.

Reporting at the Nodal Center

The candidates who have been temporarily allotted seats will be required to report to the nodal centre and pay an admission fee of Rs 25,000. The Admission fee can be paid using SBI or Axis bank challan or through online modes of making payment like debit card/credit card/net banking.

Final Seat Allotment

If the candidates who have been allotted a temporary seat have reported to the nodal center and paid the admission fee, will be allotted the final seat. These candidates will be required to download the final seat allotment letter and report to the Institute.

  • 10th Standard certificate proves the Date of Birth
  • 10+2 Standard mark sheet and pass certificate
  • Nativity Certificate in original from concerned Revenue Officer
  • Original SC/ST certificate
  • Income certificate
  • Green Card Issued by Family Welfare Department
  • Certificate in support of NRI
  • Medical Certificate issued by the SCB Medical College for PwD candidates
  • Certificate of employment of the candidate’s parent
  • Qualifying Exam Pass certificate.
  • Ex-serviceman has to apply in the Rajya Sainik Board and verify if recommended or not.
