AP PGECET Counselling Dates 2019
Candidates should not miss out any updates related to the Examination. If in case they fail to process their work on time the Examination Authorities will not entertain any late entries. There will be two rounds of Counselling in the AP PGECET 2019. There will be schedules for counselling. the first round of Counselling is the document verification of the candidates and the second round is the Web Options Entry. Procedure of the AP PGECET Counselling 2019
The candidate has to complete some procedures before going through the AP PGECET Counselling 2019 process.
Verification of the Documents:
The candidate has to verify all the documents needed to complete the Admission Procedure before he goes for the counselling. The Helpline centres will be open until the last date for the candidates for doing their certificate verification and registration. After verifying the documents/certificates, candidates can fill their choices for colleges and programs. The option entry can be done either through a helpline centre or any other place having INTERNET access. There will be a six-digit password or code that will be sent to the candidate. The candidate has to enter the same and register themselves.
Payment of the Fee:
Candidates then have to pay a counselling fee to complete the further process of counselling. Without paying the fees the counselling process will not proceed. The fees can only be paid online and no offline transaction will be entertained. The fees are different for a different category. The fee to be paid for the general category students is Rupees 1000 and for the SC/ST students, the counselling fee is Rupees 500 only. After the payment, the candidates receive a receipt. The candidates should keep the receipt very safely with them. The payment can be done by the Net Banking process and also by Debit/Credit cards.
Confirmation Call/Message
Candidates after completing all the procedures have to wait for the Authority to send the confirmation message. Only the students who have registered themselves successfully will get the message from the Authorities of Andhra Pradesh University. The student can check their seat allotment through the online mode. The seat allotment is done as per as the rank, category, and availability of seats. The students will be informed of all the information regarding the seat allotment via SMS. If the candidate is done with the seat check, he/she should take out a print of the seat allotment details. The candidate then should report to the colleges or institutes assigned. The candidate thereafter can do the further processing i.e their Admission process.
