Based on the minimum educational qualification requirement, interested candidates can apply for different trades at the different ITIs. Please ensure that you go through the minimum educational requirements for each trade before proceeding to fill the application form.

There shall be no entrance test and merit shall be decided on the percentage of marks obtained in the 10th or 12th board exams.

Eligibility For ITI Haryana 2018

  • Educational Qualification:

The candidate must be Class 10th or Class 12th Pass based on the ITI Trade that he/she wants to apply for.

  • Age Limit:

The candidate must be minimum 14 years of age on 1st August 2018. There’s no upper age limit for application.

Online Admission Form For ITI Haryana 2018

The online forms can be filled and submitted between 5th July to 20th July (tentative)

The online admission form for HARYANA ITI shall include the following steps:

Register Yourself

  • Visit the website http://itiharyana.gov.in/ and click on the link “Online Admission 2018-19”. The admission portal shall appear.

  • On the applicant’s log in area, click on the tab “New Registration”.

  • The registration form shall appear, wherin you shall have to enter your personal details.

  • After entering all the particulars correctly, click on the “Register” button.

  • Your Login ID and Password will be generated and you shall be intimated about them on the mobile number you provided in the registration form.

Fill The ITI Haryana Application Form

  • On the homepage of Online Admission 2018-19, log in with your ID and Password at the Applicant’s log in area.

  • On the Page that appears, Click on the link ‘complete application form”. You shall be redirected to the application form.

  • The application form shall consist of the following parts:

    • Personal details. You shall be required to feed in your personal information and upload your photograph at this step (max. 200 kb and .jpg or .jpeg formats.)
    • Residential/correspondence details
    • General details about the categories you belong to, if any.
    • Education Qualification details.
    • Terms and conditions that you need to accept by ticking on the box provided.
    • Choice of courses.

Fee Payment

  • You shall be required to pay the Application fee.

  • The fee can be paid through any of the following modes:

    • Paytm
    • CC Avenue
    • CSC
    • Scratch Card
  • The application fee (category wise) shall be as follows:

Rs. 100/-

Girls

No fee

After payment of fees, you can click on “Final Confirmation” to confirm your application.

Take a print out and retain it for future reference.

ITI Haryana 2018 Results And Seat Allotment

Seats will be allotted to the candidates based on the marks obtained by him/her in the class 10th and Class 12th Board exams.

In case of a tie, the following order of priority shall be followed:

  • Marks scored in Mathematics in the qualifying exam.

  • Marks scored in Science

  • Marks scored in English

  • Age

  • Name of candidate in Alphabetical order

  • Name of the father.

  • Name of the Mother.

NOTE

– In case the candidate is 10+2 passed and is applying for a trade which requires minimum educational qualification of 10th pass, following supplementary marks shall be added to his/her class 10th percentage:

->5% if his/her percentage is more than 60%

->3% if his/her percentage is less than 60%

– Similarly, Candidates having a Bachelor’s degree and applying for 10th or 10+2 minimum eligibility trades, shall be awarded a supplementary of 5%.

– Children of widow/widower shall be awarded a supplementary of 5% marks.

Counselling Procedure For Haryana ITI Admission 2018

The counselling procedure shall include the following steps:

  • There shall be four rounds of counselling.

  • The candidates who have been allotted a seat shall be able to download an allotment letter.

  • They have to take a print out of the letter and report at the allotted institute with original documents for verification.

  • If the candidate is not satisfied with the allotted seat, he/she still shall have to report at the institute for document verification.

  • In that case, he/she can show willingness to participate in the subsequent rounds of counselling by not taking admission. The previously allotted seat shall be forfeited.

NOTE:

If a candidate fails to report at the allotted institute, he/she shall be exempted from the subsequent rounds of admission.
