Please Note that the UKSEE 2018 Results that were earlier going to be announced on 24th May 2018 have been declared on 30th May 2018.
The official exam conducting authority of UKSEE 2018 has released the UKSEE Admit Card 2018 on 6th May 2018 in online mode for the registered candidates to download as it will be required to take the exam. Applicants need to visit the “Admit Card” section of this article to download the same.
The official authority has released the official notification for the UKSEE 2018 till now. The dates for all the important activities is provided in the table below:-

Result of UKSEE 2018
UKSEE 2018 results for all courses has been announced on 30th May 2018. The result of UKSEE is declared by the Uttarakhand Technical University, the official authority. Candidates can view and download the UKSEE result for the year 2018 online from 30th May 2018. The result contain the Course, category and rank obtained in the entrance examination.

Admit Card of UKSEE 2018
Admit Card is also known as Hall Ticket. It must be carried to the examination hall on exam day. The official authority had issued the admit card for UKSEE online at the official website for the registered candidates only. Applicants could download the admit card from 6th May 2018 onwards. Admit Card carry the name of the candidate, examination city and address of the venue, examination date and time, roll number and registration number. Eligibility Criteria for UKSEE 2018
Since Uttarakhand Technical University offers admission to various Undergraduate and Postgraduate programme, it has a separate set of eligibilty criteria for a particular degree. Syllabus and subject combination for each of the degree is different for UKSEE. Aspirants need to know eligibility criteria required for admission to the course of their choice. Domicile required is common for admission to all courses/programmes and the same is provided in the table below. To know about the academic eligibility criteria required for admission to all the programmes/degree, applicants can refer to the table given-below:-

Students who have cleared the qualifying exam from Uttarakhand Technical Board or Universities are also eligible to apply. Candidates who have passed or appearing in the qualifying 10+2 Examination from state other than Uttarakhand, but have the domicile of Uttarakhand are eligible to apply. |
| 2. | Bachelor of Technology | Candidates who have passed Qualifying 10+2 Examination from Uttarakhand Board or other equivalent board with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory and along with any one of Chemistry/Bio-Technology/Computer Science/ Biology can apply for UKSEE 2018. Candidates who have passed Qualifying 10+2 Examination from Uttarakhand Board or other equivalent board with Agriculture are only eligible for admission to the first 4 years of B.Tech in Agriculture Engineering offered by Colleges/Institutions of Uttarakhand affiliated to Uttarakhand Technical University. |
| 3. | Bachelor of Technology Lateral Entry to 2nd year | Candidates must have passed Diploma examination from an AICTE approved Institution with at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in appropriate branch of Engineering / Technology. Candidates must have passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University as defined by University Grant Commission (UGC) with at least 45% marks (40% in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) and passed 12th standard with mathematics as a subject. Students belonging to B.Sc. Stream shall clear the subjects of Engineering Graphics / Engineering Drawing and Engineering Mechanics of the first year Engineering program along with the second year subjects. The students belonging to B.Sc. Stream shall be considered only after filling the supernumerary seats in this category with students belonging to the Diploma stream. Candidates who have passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology from an AICTE approved Institution or B. Sc Degree from a recognized University as defined by UGC, shall also be eligible for admission to the first year Engineering Degree courses subject to vacancies in the first year class in case the vacancies at lateral entry are exhausted. However, the admissions shall be based strictly on the eligibility criteria as mentioned in the above four points. |

NOTE: Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) qualified candidates are eligible for counselling without appearing in UKSEE 2018, however, they have to fill up the registration form. Admission through counseling will be offered first to GPAT qualified candidates, and if seats remain vacant, then it will be filled by the candidates qualifying the UKSEE in order of merit. |

NOTE (i): GATE qualified candidates are eligible for counselling without appearing in UKSEE 2018, however, they have to fill up the registration form. Admission through counselling will be offered first to GATE qualified candidates, and if seats remain vacant, then it will be filled by the candidates qualifying the UKSEE in order of merit. Application Form of UKSEE 2018
Aspirants are instructed to go the eligibility criteria mentioned above before going to fill up the application form of UKSEE 2018. To appear in the Uttarakhand State Entrance Examination in 2018, applicants had to fill up the application form first. Aspirants are advised to read the official notification brochure of 2018 before filling up the application form. The applicant can apply for USKEE via online mode only.

- Go to the official website of Uttarakhand Technical University i.e uktech.ac.in/
- Applicants need to register and create a “Login ID”.
- Fill up the details like personal information, academic qualification and address of communication.
- Upload the scanned image of photograph
- payment of application fee
- Submit the application form and take the printout of the same for future use.
Application fee of UKSEE 2018
Amount to pay as application fee for UKSEE 2018 depends on the category of the candidates. Application fee varies for the different category of the candidates. The application fee for all the categories is provided in the table below

Exam Pattern and Syllabus of UKSEE 2018
UKSEE 2018 was conducted for admission to various courses. The examination pattern for UKSEE is different for admission to the particular degree. Syllabus for UKSEE 2018
Syllabus and subject combination varies from courses to courses for UKSEE. Aspirants who are preparing for the examination need to know the syllabus and examination schedule. For different courses, there is a different set of subject combination and topics under them.
Examination Center for UKSEE 2018
The Uttarakhand State Entrance Examination will be conducted across the various centre in India. Candidate needs to choose one examination centre as per their choice from the list given below while filling up the application form according to their suitability. Examination centre chosen will be mentioned on the admit card. The test will be conducted for a couple of days across the selected centre. Answer Key 2018
The official authority release the answer key of UKSEE for all the programmes separately along with the declaration of result. Candidates who appeared in the test can check and tally their answers with the answer key. Candidates can access the answer key online by visiting the official website. Applicants can analyze their score with the help of answer key. Applicant needs to visit the official website on a regular basis for the updates regarding the publication of answer key.
Cut-off for UKSEE 2018
The official examination authority prepares the cut-off or minimum qualifying marks for the UKSEE. Cut-off will be released course-wise, category wise and Institute wise. Each Institute/Colleges affiliated with Uttarakhand Technical University releases their own cut-off for admission to the particular stream. The cut-off marks will be declared after few days of result declaration. Candidates can check the cut-off on the official website. Applicants need to secure equal or more than cut-off marks to be eligible for the subsequent rounds.
Merit List for UKSEE 2018
Based on the marks secured by the candidates in the Examination, Uttarakhand Technical University prepares the Merit List. Merit list contains names of the shortlisted candidates who are eligible for the counselling round. Merit List will be prepared for all the programmes/courses separately. The merit list will be published on the official website after some days of the cut-off declaration.
Counselling of UKSEE 2018
The UKSEE 2018 Counselling schedule is going to be announced soon. Counselling and seat allotment of the qualified candidates will be done on the merit basis. Counselling schedule will be released online at the official website. Candidates need to fill their choice of colleges in order of their preference during counselling. The admission authority will allot seat to the qualified candidates as per their rank, choice of course and seat availability.
Seat Reservation of UKSEE 2018
The government of Uttarakhand reserves a certain percentage of the seat for the candidates belonging to different categories in all the participating Institute/Colleges. Aspirants need to fill their respective category while filling up the application form. Students claiming reservation are required to produce valid supporting documents in the prescribed format at the time of counselling in order to avail the benefit of reservation of seats. For courses offered by University Departments/Government Engineering Colleges/Institutes, the admission will be through UKSEE 2018 only and the seats will be reserved as per norms of Uttarakhand Government. For self-financing institutes, the reservation will be as per norms applicable at the time of counselling.
