JEE Main IIIT Surat Cutoff 2025: Indian Institute of Information Technology Surat (shortly known as, IIIT Surat) was established in the year 2017. It is among the twenty IIITs and is situated in Surat, Gujarat. The institute is currently functioning from its temporary campus at Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology (SVNIT). Also, SVNIT is the mentor of IIIT Surat. The institute is established under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model which is jointly funded by the Government of Gujarat and industry partners which includes:

• Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilisers and Chemicals
• Gujarat Gas and Gujarat Informatics

IIIT Surat admits applicants in Under Graduate programs which consist of two branches of B.Tech course. These branches are listed as follows:

1. Computer Science and Engineering
2. Electronics and Communication Engineering

The institute provides a total of 120 seats for admission which means 60 seats in each of the B.Tech branches. Seats are provided only to those candidates who score equal or above the IIIT Surat Cutoff.

Admission Process in IIIT Surat

Applicants must fulfill any of the following conditions to be eligible in order to get admission.

• The candidate must have taken JEE Main examination and secured a valid rank.

OR

• General category applicants must have obtained an aggregate of 75% while SC/ST/PwD category applicants must have obtained a minimum aggregate of 65% in class 12th.

OR

• The candidate must be among the top 20 percentiles of class 12th board examinations.
