- West Bengal 2019 MBBS Admissions will be taken care of Department of Health and Family Welfare (DHFW) Kolkata, West Bengal.
- MBBS and BDS admissions in West Bengal’s governmental and privatized colleges/institutions will be done on the basis of NEET score secured by candidates.

West Bengal MBBS Admission Eligibility Criteria
Clearing the Eligibility Criteria is essential to be able to apply for the West Bengal MBBS 2019 Admissions. Candidates who are not a domicile of West Bengal are only eligible for private management quota.
|3||Age Factor||The minimum age required to apply for West Bengal MBBS 2019 admissions is 17th years.
The age limit will be 25 years for candidates belonging to General and OBC categories.
There will be an age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST categories, i.e. SC/ST candidates can apply till 30 years of age.
|4||Qualifying Examination||Qualifying examination will be National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) according to the new notifications released by MHRD and West Bengal state government.
Other than that, candidates must have passed 10+2 from State Board of West Bengal or equivalent.

West Bengal MBBS 2019 Registration
Once the eligibility criterion is met, the next step would be to fill the application form and submit them before the registration window closes. Candidates who are interested in applying for the West Bengal MBBS Admission 2019 under the state quota will have to fill the West Bengal MBBS/BDS Application Form. Application Forms will be released around 3rd week of June 2019, and candidates will have only 3 to 4 days to give their respective entries.

West Bengal MBBS 2019 Merit List
The West Bengal MBBS merit list will be prepared and released by Department of Health and Family Welfare (DHFW) for admission to undergraduate MBBS/BDS programmes in the medical colleges/institutions of the state of West Bengal. Seat allotment will be based on the ranks secured by candidates in the Merit List. Merit list of West Bengal MBBS Admission 2019 is expected to be published in the 4th week of June 2019. Merit list is prepared considering various factors such as the number of candidates that have applied for admission, NEET score, and seat intake. Merit List contains the names of the candidates who are eligible for the admission. A rank wise list of candidate will be released before every session of counseling until the seats are filled completely.
West Bengal MBBS 2019 Counseling
Candidates who clear the NEET examination and who meet the relevant requirements will be considered for the preparation of Merit List. Candidates considered in the merit list will be able to participate in the West Bengal MBBS Counseling process. West Bengal MBBS 2019 counseling will be conducted from the first week of July 2019.
