Jawahar Lal Nehru University has officially confirmed the news regarding JNUEE 2019, the exam will now be conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA). The pattern of the question paper will be of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) and it will be a Computer Based Test. The exam will be held in the month of May 2019 for the admissions to the various Undergraduate and Post Graduate Courses offered by the University. Times of India earlier published the news that the Online Entrance Examination for Admission at Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) will now be conducted by National Testing Agency (NTA) from May 2019. The decision of the change in the admission procedure is taken in the 148th Academic Council of the University held on Friday. Jawaharlal Nehru University is known for its range of Academic courses and Research work in almost every field of academia.
The Central University is in Delhi and every year invites Application Forms to conduct the entrance exam for the admission to the new session. Aspirants are to appear for the entrance test which is conducted by the University as per the course in which the candidate desires to get enrolled. For few of the programmes and mainly for the Research courses, the University also conducts the Interview of the selected candidates.
The authorities of Jawahar Lal Nehru University released an official notification mentioning the expected release of the Application Form in the Month of December 2018 and the declared dates of the entrance examination. The change which is introduced was that the pattern the of the exam will be of Objective type and the candidates will have to answer Multiple Choice Questions in order to qualify the entrance test. After a few weeks, a new notification was also released mentioning the delay in the release of the Application Form and the admission procedure. But with the latest changes in the procedure of the admission, it can be expected that the release of the Application Form will be delayed and aspirants are advised that they must keep checking the official website of JNU.
