AP POLYCET Application Form 2019
The Application form of AP POLYCET 2019 is released in an online mode on 7th March 2019. The submission of the Application Form is an important part of the admission procedure. Candidates who will be qualifying the exam will be able to get the admission to the Diploma courses in Govt aided Polytechnic colleges. The candidate must provide the valid and correct details in the Application Form. The candidate cannot proceed with the admission procedure further if there any wrong information. The applicant must submit the completed Application Form to the computer operator at the nearest available helpline centre.
The information that has to be provided in the Application Form will include the sections of the Personal Details, Contact Details, Academic Information, uploading the documents and the photograph as per the specifications provided in the Information Brochure. The information provided in the Application must be in the sequence as per provided in the official notification. The authorities accept the Application Form only after paying the Application Fee. Candidate cannot submit the Application Form without paying the Application Fee.
AP POLYCET Eligibility 2019
The candidates must read the basic eligibility criteria very carefully. The authorities prescribe the eligibility in detail. The aspirants must go through the Information brochure in detail for the eligibility criteria before proceeding for the Application Form. It is important that the candidate must avoid any form of error while applying for the exam. Go through the basic eligibility criteria from the points mentioned below:
- Candidate applying should be an Indian National and must have a valid domicile of Andhra Pradesh.
- There is no Age Limit Criteria for the candidates applying for AP POLYCET 2019 exam.
- The candidate must have passed SSC or its equivalent examination from the recognized Board or University.
- They must have passed the exam with the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics Subject.
- Candidate must have secured 35% marks in the mentioned examination
- Candidates appearing for the qualifying examination can also apply for the mentioned exam.
Note: The above-mentioned eligibility criteria is as per the guidelines defined by the examination conducting body for the last year’s examination. We will mention any new changes in the eligibility.
AP POLYCET Exam Pattern 2019
The examination conducting body defines the exam of Andhra Pradesh Polytechnic Common Entrance Test. The pattern of the examination will comprise the number of questions asked in the exam, along with the medium. We will update if there are any changes in the examination pattern. Find the points related to the examination pattern from below:
- AP POLYCET 2019 exam is in an offline mode. The question paper is in an MCQ format.
- Each question will have an option of 4 possible answers. Candidate will have marks the correct one as per their knowledge.
- The total number of questions asked in the question paper will be 120.
- The duration of the exam will be of 2 hours.
- The topics covered in the examination paper will be from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics section.
- Physics and the Chemistry section will have 30 questions each and the Mathematics section will have 60 questions.
- There will NO Negative Marking for the wrong answer in the exam.
AP POLYCET Syllabus 2019
Candidates must know the syllabus of the exam. It will help the candidates in their preparation. The candidate must know the topics which will be asked in the exam. The questions are from class 9th and 10th syllabus of Andhra Pradesh Board. The candidates must practice the logical and reasoning sections. The syllabus of the exam will include the topics from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. It is advised that the candidates prepare for the exam from the important topics of the above mentioned and must take the guidance of the past year’s papers available online.
AP POLYCET Hall Ticket 2019
The Hall Ticket of AP POLYCET 2019 is available online and can be downloaded by the candidates who have successfully submitted the Application Form of AP POLYCET 2019. The candidate must carry the Hall Ticket on the examination day. They cannot enter the examination hall without the Admit card. The candidates downloading the Hall ticket will have to provide the important credentials in the login section which were provided to them at the time of the Registration and the submission of the Application Form. The candidate must check the details on the Admit card very carefully.
The availability of the document will only be in an online mode and there will be no other way of accessing it. The applicant must keep themselves aware with the schedule of the release of the Hall Ticket as the availability will only be in the given time period. The Hall Ticket has the Name of the candidate, Time and the date of the exam, centre allotted to the candidate for the exam as well as the instructions to be followed by the candidate on the day of the exam. The candidates must note that along with the Hall ticket, they must also bring one Photo ID in original at the examination centre.
AP POLYCET Answer Key 2019
The examination authorities will release the Answer Key after AP POLYCET exam. Candidates who will appear for the exam can check the Answer Key. The applicant can calculate the possible score. The availability of the Answer Key of the exam will release a few days after the exam. The Answer Key will release in an online mode. The candidate will have to cross-check the answers marked by them in the exam to the answers mentioned in the officially released Answer Key 2019. By the end, they will have to calculate the aggregate score of the correct answers marked by them in the exam. The Answer Key will benefit the candidate. If not, the applicant can also look for the other options.
AP POLYCET Result 2019
Andhra Pradesh Polytechnic Common Entrance Test Result is released in an online mode on the official website. The availability of AP POLYCET Result 2019 is on 9thMay 2019. It must be noted that the details provided in the Login section of the Result must be valid and correct, the Result will not be displayed otherwise. The Result of AP POLYCET will provide the name of the candidate, marks secured by the candidate, maximum of the marks, the status of the result and the instructions to be followed by the candidate after the declaration of the Result of the exam. It must be noted that merely qualifying the exam will not make the candidate eligible for the admission. The final seat allotment will be on the basis of the counselling conducted by the examination conducting body.
The counselling of Andhra Pradesh Polytechnic Common Entrance Test will be held after the declaration of the Result. Qualified applicants will have to register themselves first as the procedure of the counselling will be online and will have to visit the Helpline centre for the document verification. Only after the successful procedure of document verification, candidates will be provided with the Seat Allotment letter which will be available in an online mode.
The candidates will be provided with the seat allotment letter only when the candidate has been selected on the basis of the marks secured, merit in the exam, Rank secured by the candidate and the category that the candidate belongs to. The list of the documents that have to be bought on the day of the document verification will be provided in the official notification which must be noted by the candidate. It will also be important that the candidate bring at least two self-attested photocopies.
